Summary: metron_streaming role needs to explicitly install defaults

In our normal deployment, the metron_streaming is run on the Ambari Master host
which is provisioned by the Metron deployment scripts. This runs the -
libselinux-python, epel and ntp roles as a side-effect of running the
ambari_common role.
The metron_streaming role should have these as explicit dependencies.
