In case my previous description wasn't clear.
1. Click the pencil icon to edit the existing map.
2. Click on Options.
3. Click the "WMS compliant map server" checkbox
4. Enter the following.
WMS URL: http://ows-tile.terrestris.de/osm-basemap/service?
WMS Layers: OSM-WMS
WMS Version: 1.1.1
WMS format: image/jpeg
5. Click the Play button to refresh the map.
6. Ensure map works.
7. Save map using its same name: "Flow Locations"
8. Go back to the Dashboard and it should be working.
