Summary: Index Errors in Parser Topology and Enrichment

Right now when errors occur in the parser or enrichment topolgoies, it is
painful to troubleshoot and diagnose the errors.
For parser topologies, if an error occurs, the following needs be indexed in a
a speraority error index for that data source:
1. The raw telemetry event
2. the root exception that caused the error
For enrichment topologies, if an error occurs, the following needs to be index
in an enrichment-error index:
1. the telemetry event that caused the error
2. The root exception that caused the error
