    So, just recapping and making sure I understand; the issue is as follows: 
Yaf being started tips us over the edge memory-wise in full-dev, correct?
    
    What we're debating here is whether we should not install yaf in 
`quick-dev` and `full-dev` or whether we should install it, but not start it, 
right?
