Summary: Allow Each Profile to Define Unique Period/Window Duration

Right now the entire Profiler runs with one global period duration. If the
Profiler is generating multiple profiles, they will each have the same profile
period (aka window size/duration).
The appropriate period is going to depend largely on the type of data being
profiled and how that data is going to be used. It would be useful to enhance
the Profiler so that each profile can define its own unique period; 15 minutes,
4 hours, etc.
The Profiler should be able to generate profiles simultaneously that use
different profile periods.
