I don't think the script change is the same as configuration/rule change
necessarily.
Maybe what is missing are the requirements?
* does the script have to be editable and trigger reload the same as a
configuration
* does the script have to include dependencies such that it doesn't
introduce problems maintaining environments across the cluster
* does script X have to support all 'features' ( jython limitations for
cpython modules )
