Currently , metron-integration-test provides a mr component. We do use a yarn
mini cluster in the MaasIntegrationTest.
It would be more consistent if metron-integration-test provided an
InMemoryComponent for both MR and YARN and the MaasIntegrationTest was updated
to use this. This would also include component-runner integration.
Although it is possible that Maas will split out from metron, it already
depends on metron-integration-test
