Description: Elasticsearch has per-instance limitations which may lead you
to want to run multiple instances on a single server. We should update the
Ansible scripts to be able to configure multiple ES nodes (configurable # with
appropriate warnings, affinity configs (disk allocation, CPUs, # of shards
