Nick Allen updated METRON-602:
------------------------------
    Comment: was deleted

(was: What's happening here is that sometimes the Profiler flushes a time or
two more than would be expected. An extra flush would occur between when the
size of the put log was validated and when the put log was actually retrieved
to validate the actual results. Just need to make sure the validation code is
less opinionated about how many flushes occurred.)

> MockHTable Scanner Not Returning Expected Results
> -------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: METRON-602
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/METRON-602
> Project: Metron
> Issue Type: Sub-task
> Reporter: Nick Allen
>
> In some cases, even when the MockHTable Put Log shows that the expected data
> has been submitted to the table, the scanner implementation does not return
> the expected results.
> In this branch
> (https://github.com/nickwallen/incubator-metron/tree/METRON-597-DEBUG) I have
> added some additional debug statements that query the Put Log. In validating
> the results the test uses a scanner to retrieve results. The results
> retrieved do not match what was just extracted from the Put Log.

> This *could* be due to METRON-601, but this could also be a separate bug.
> More investigation needed.
