When running a build on a machine that has >90% of the disk drive utilized, the 
MaaS integration test will hang with something like the following:

ERROR [main] nodemanager.LocalDirsHandlerService 
(LocalDirsHandlerService.java:updateDirsAfterTest(356)) - Most of the disks 
failed. 1/1 local-dirs are bad
