Thanks for the input i'll look it over this weekend and throw in some edits and
more elegant error handling for the above issues.
As per the security aspect i think a switch case statement, along with some
type of arg-parsing / filtering should do the trick. Providing this with
cross-platform capabilities may be a little trickier solution, but i'll take a
stab at it and post back for review and some group-hacking to ensure no script
injection could occur, prior to commiting.
