Related to @justinleet's comment, it looks like the main `index.html` page has issues with nesting ordered and unordered lists. It looks like it's incorrectly ending the `<ol>` after "Efficient information storage" and starting a separate one before "An interface that gives a security..." where it should be a continuance of the first `<ol>`.
