metron-platform/metron-data-management/README.md has instances of quadruple
back-ticks to delimit codeblocks, instead of the correct triple back-ticks.
This breaks both doxia-markdown, and the dialect-fixing re-write tool
(fix-md-dialect.py) used to generate the site-book.
