One thing, I didn't wrap my head around before is there there are really
two, independent parts to this PR.
I am not against these co-existing in the same PR, but I want to make sure
everyone understands what we have to review here.
(1) The updated `ClasspathFunctionResolver` that uses the class index
mechanism over a runtime search.
(2) The VFS stuff in `VFSClassloaderUtil` that allows us to access remote
jars.
Correct me, if I am mistaken.
