This problem is known and accounted for as "problem #5" in
site-book/bin/fix-md-dialect.py. However, the form of link label used in
metron-interface/metron-rest/README.md went beyond the expected by including
slashes and curly braces. The fix is just extending the set of excluded
characters to include all non-alphanumerics other than "-" and "_". This is
done in the referenced PR.
