If you are running vagrant up, or mvn clean package -Pbuild-rpms -DskipTests
etc and the rpm build task in docker fails, maven doesn't know. And everything
proceeds.
An example result would be vagrant up ( full_dev ) failing at the ambari
install stage for enrichment, because the local repo is empty.
If a stage of the build pipeline fails, the build should fail.
