The ReadMe file in cpp-package directory does not provide adequate information
about building cpp-package or running the examples.
We should fix it by
# Updating the existing ReadMe file for cpp-package.
# Provide ReadMe file for 'example' directory. This ReadMe file should provide
information about the examples and building and running those examples.
