Description:
There are currently 3 featured news sections on the site. More news is
available but can't be displayed.
Solutions the allow the user to see more news should be explored.
This could be a auto-rotating carousel, links to a news page, both, or other
solutions.
We should find a simple solution first, and implement that. People seemed to
like wireframe #2.

As there will be several new things coming out in November, it would be great
to be able to highlight more things on the home page. We could also add a news
page.
