In v1.4.x branch, we are noticing the crash while shutting down the MXNet Naive
Engine.
The issue is fixed in master branch as a part of PR
[https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/pull/14006/]
The bug is filed to backport the NaiveEngine related change to v1.4.x
