Looking at the scala development, major users in community are using the latest
scala version, 2.12 and 2.12.
In my local system i was able to migrate the repository to 2.12, but i realise
that the releases should be done for all the versions 2.11, 2.12 and 2.13
I'd like to contribute to this idea and take efforts to add this feature, I'd
like some guidance as to how can i go about it.
