Description: Added the GPU memory profiler that automatically categorizes
and visualizes the memory allocations on the GPUs. (was: Added the GPU memory
profiler. The GPU memory profiler involves changes across all layers of MXNet
(i.e., executor backends, C APIs, Python bindings). An example is also added
with scripts that help plotting and analyzing the memory profiles.
