Users of Jetson platform found that MXNet-TRT (TensorRT) is not supported on
current MXNet pip wheels built by CI. This task is to improve the CI script to
build such wheels with MXNet-TRT supported.
Prerequisite of this change need:
Jetpack Version >= 4.3
MXNet Version >= 1.7.x
