Could you try matching the following build configuration (modulo DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE and the CUDA version) https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/blob/db171a89c5e7e0d651ae1578bd8ae8da953417cc/ci/docker/runtime_functions.sh#L140-L155 Ie. our test suite builds for jetson without opencv and without lapack feature.
