We didn't have to install `gfortran` separately before. But now with @Zha0q1 's recent [commit](https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/commit/b1b50210f3a9befe421063d3878d43d03c15cf1f) on statically linking openblas, we have to install it separately. @Zha0q1 can you update the build instructions with this update? ---------------------------------------------------------------- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
