The unit test in question has comments that indicate it was modeled after
mxnet/contrib/tensorrt.py, which is long gone and replaced with
optimize_for("TensorRT") in mxnet/python/symbol.py. Looks like something should
be added in symbol.hpp to introduce optimize_for that would make call to
MXOptimizeForBackend.
