@Data-drone, have you tried to compile with openblas using ```-DUSE_BLAS=open``` (instead of ```-DUSE_BLAS=openblas```)? I'm not sure but the error you have pasted looks like it tried to compile mxnet with MKL, but couldn't find MKL files.
