Currently, FlowFileHandlingException extends ProcessException, but it is
clearly documented to indicate that this Exception will be thrown only when
there is a bug in the processor code. As a result, it should not extend
ProcessException because ProcessException is recommended to be handled by
processor code, and a processor should not handle an exception indicating that
the processor itself is buggy.
