Controller Bulletin Issues
NIFI-2204:
- Move bulletins out of the controller status endpoint.
NIFI-2238:
- Ensuring the controller bulletins are rendered on screen.
NIFI-2246:
- Ensuring the correct number of bulletins are returned when clustered.
