Once the connection is dead ConsumeJMS will no longer receive any messages even
after the broker becomes available because it will not open new connection.
To reproduce: do a ‘reboot –f now’ on the node running the JMS broker and
ConsumeJMS will not notice a problem until the TCP timeout which could be
hours, days, or even never.
