Expiration concept: "Data reaches X age and is no longer useful in THIS 
CONTEXT". But consider these situations:
1. It might be useful in another context. Another process flow for expired 
flowfiles (There are many scenarios in distributed service orchestration)
2. Data is valid but there is no other simple mechnism to manage falover of an 
external services. (For example site-to-site fail-over mechanism)
