In working NIFI-2299 and testing the results it was discovered that while
attempting to link controller services to a scripted processor
(InvokeScriptedProcessor) that the framework thought the
InvokeScriptedProcessor itself was a process group? I say this because it
could not see the controller services in the root group. It did allow me to
make new controller services but they appear only accessible to the processor
itself which of course greatly limits the value/purpose of controller service
access for scripted processors.
