NIFI-2366 - Fixed ID generation semantics in clustered environment
- added SnippetUtilsTest
- renamed TypeOneUUIDGenerator to ComponentIdGenerator
- changed lsb part of ComponentIdGenerator back to long
- Fixed 'isCopy' condition for clustered environments
This closes #718.
