The default path populated into {{nifi.properties}} should probably be
{{conf/keystore.jks}} and {{conf/truststore.jks}} so that the entire tool
output directory for each host can be copied directly into the {{conf/}}
directory on the respective server. The keystore and truststore paths are
searched from {{$NIFI_HOME}}, so the keystore/truststore must either be one
directory above {{nifi.properties}}, or the paths should change.
