removing fix version as that can be assigned once there is a PR and review
traction around a given release.
Also, can you please provide additional details on precisely which processor (i
know you mention all but lets evaluate a specific one to see the larger
pattern) you were observing this on and how you observed it? How were you
monitoring connections (netstat)?
