Visually verified code, did a contrib check build. In a 3 node secure
cluster I modified 2 of the nodes to always return accept and the third to use
policies like normal. I then went through every possible way I could think of
that would interact with policies to be sure they worked as expected. Looks
good @jtstorck, I will merge it in.
Also I put in a fix to the URI pattern of counters here:
