Ran through several tests with 2 & 3 node cluster. Attempted removal of
nodes through disconnecting with UI (cluster did not encounter err) and through
shutdown of nodes which should trigger error. Test to shutdown nodes to
eliminate quorum for election resulted in logs displaying retry failure and UI
displaying expected error notifying failed Cluster Coordinator election.
