Description:
While investigating NIFI-2605 it was determined that NiFi node does not save
the flow returned by cluster coordinator to disk immediately. This in some rare
cases can lead to issues.

While investigating NIFI-2605 it was determined that NiFi node can return the
flow to the end user from memory and not immediately save the flow to disk.
This in some rare cases can lead to issues.
