I will be adding a patch on top of this to fix a couple issues with styling
(see travis-ci build) and licensing but:

Visually verified the code and did a contrib check build. In a standalone
instance and secure cluster I did basic functional testing in both Agent and
HTTP mode (both require adding the dashboard in Datadog with the appropriate
metrics). Thanks @Ramizjon for the contribution, I will merge it in.
