This is a parent ticket to cover resolving these findings:
1) boilerpipe and sqllite-jdbc.jar are among several undocumented dependencies
that must be accounted for in nifi-media-nar. Needs a ticket to make that nar
in-line and consistent with others and *all* dependencies need to be checked.
2) The new apache-ignite nar likely needs to be completely removed from the
release. Their library depends on jsr107 cache-api.jar which is known to be an
incompatible license. I have requested further details on their mailing list

3) We have BCrypt properly accounted for in a few places. However, we claim it
is a BSD license. It is MIT. Simple fix.
