The NiFi documentation can fail to load and throws an NPE if some but not all
of the .nars don't unpack at startup.

A warning does get logged, but it doesn't give you any indication of which .nar
file is broken [1], so while it's easy to spot that the problem is with the
.nar unpacking, you have no idea which .nar is causing it.
The NPE appears to be because when a .nar doesn't unpack, it doesn't return the
extensionMapping thus far [2], so NiFi is operational with a subset of the
.nars, but doesn't get access to docs for those since instead of a partial
extensionMapping it's just null.
