Controller Services can reference other Controller Services. In the UI, a
button is provided to link the services together. This button does not work
correctly across both Controller Service tabls (process group based vs
controller based). A serviceTable is referenced from a closure which seems to
always refer to the serviceTable that is opened first. Specifically this is in
nf-controller-service#showConfiguration.
