To be able to interact with data system downstream that prefer Parquet files,
it would be great to have a processor to generate those and not have to jump
through various hops converting some data in NiFi and then doing the last mile
in Hadoop.
Initially this is for CSV however, it may be nice to be able to support from
any format to any format and not have a processor for every single type. That
work is not considered as part of this JIRA
