The temporary directory can be configured using java options, which is also a
desired way to configure it – given that it can be configured in
'_nifi.properties_' file before deployment from an administrators perspective.
Configure it as a processor property would be less advantageous since it is
rather an administrator / security concern. Because of that I close the Issue
as "won't fix"
