The goal of this ticket is to add coverage in the NiFi Registry Integration
Tests for the new DatabaseUserGroupProvider and DatabaseAccessPolicyProvider
implemented as part of NIFIREG-292.
** The advantage of such tests is that the test-containers framework we use
allows us to test our migration scripts and JDBC templates against all the
various DB vendors, but this test framework is utilized _as part of the
integration tests, not the unit tests_.
