JMS:
WebLogic Server Version: 12.2.1.3.0
There are multiple server instances in the weblogic. there is one admin node
and 6 instances as a cluster

See the below error when trying to start the ConsumeJMS processor. the topic is
deployed on all servers in the cluster.
