       Boost flat_map provides this guarantee by keeping the underlying vector 
sorted. Just FYI, not a change request.

Review comment:
       include-what-you-use: Include GeneralUtils.h for void_t directly, even 
though it's transitively included through Swappable.h.
   
   Btw I wouldn't have gone to such lengths for concept checking, but I love 
your approach.
