Fix For: 1.1.0
1 - Show component name whenever possible (specifically in the message
regarding the inherited policy).
2 - Do not allow editing of inherited policies. Require explicit navigation to
the component in question. Supporting linking to the component in the inherited
policy message to make this easier.
3 - When overriding a policy, allow the user to optionally copy the inherited
policy rules.
