Regarding the point @mcgilman makes about what the use case is here that
would make deterministic behavior desirable here, I reached out to @anaylor to
drill down on this. He has a json viewer that has an option for JsonPath
queries as well that can be helpful for users looking at a large json file
So I think having deteministic behaviour here is a good idea to allow wider
flexibility for the content viewer so it can handle custom implementations of
various file types.
