Description:
Given several queues selected with shift-click on following diagram:

if one drags one of the queues holding it inside the rectangle but no on the
yellow square, the queues doesn't move, though the dash rectangle appears

if one drags one of the queues holding it by yellow square only this queue is
moved while others remain on the same place
