I have a use case where I would like a default flowfile expiration period for
each newly created FlowFileQueue to avoid having to set them all by hand. I
propose adding that to nifi.properties. Call it
"nifi.queue.flowfile.expiration.period" and give it a default of "0 min" to
match the existing hardcoded default for backwards compatibility purposes.
